  • The Parker-Lincoln Building, 2728 Capital Boulevard (AKA North U.S. 1/U.S. 401), Raleigh, is immediately north of the Raleigh I-440 Beltline Exit 11. If you are going north on Capital Boulevard, the building sits on the right side of the highway between Perkins Family Restaurant/Fairfield Inn and BP/Waffle House. Guest parking is available in the front of the building, near the flag pole, or in the rear of the building. If you park in an undesignated area, your vehicle may be towed.

  • Our office is located in the northern section of the building, with the Division of Pollution Prevention and Environmental Assistance. Two main halls permit easy access from the center of the building to our suite. We are in Section 1G. If you are in the building and have any doubts about finding us, ask the nearest staff person to call us at (919) 715-6531. We can either give you more specific directions or send an escort.
